Oh, and I forgot a fun recent one:

It's just a beta, give it time!

Who can guess what that one's about?

It was about the loading times and lag in Home right>?

If your talking about Home, which im pretty sure you are. If it's not a beta, what the hell is it? It says Home Open Beta for a reason, it's a beta, without the beta, it would be a complete and total mess.

[insert game name here] will use [insert percentage] of the PS3's cell.

Seriously, this is the worse hype-crapper ever.

Random game thought :
Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...

Watch my insane gameplay videos on my YouTube page!

No because something not for sale isn't magically a sale when packaged with something else, it is just a freebie. Like saying HOME has sold 19m+ copies...no, it hasn't.

There are a so many games that come bundled, in a package deal, given as freebies at conventions, have gamestop trade-in extra deals and so forth that in order to make sense of anything one would have to either remove those games from the equation, or simply allow them.

Then how does one go about saying whether mario kart comes free with a wheel?

Those games are actually sold, as in people can go to a store and buy one.  When they buy a bundle, they are buying the console and buying a game at the same time.  They can chose to not buy that bundle and buying a different bundle instead, thus purchasing a different game.   This does not apply to Wii Sports, the game isn't sold alone where it is bundled, so getting Wii Sports with the console is just part of the Wii sale.

"Then how does one go about saying whether mario kart comes free with a wheel?"

Because the wheel is sold alone, and costs less than MK + wheel combined.  There is extra cost there which is the game.

...and because I know someone will reply to that and say "Wii is cheaper in Japan without Wii sports, so we ARE paying for it"  I'll just pre-emptively kill that argument and say the the Wii in the US is cheaper than the UK, so going by that logic it isn't a sale in the US either.   Difference in pricing in different regions is a weak argument full of holes, like I have just shown.

You do realize that Wii Sports has a 45% attach rate in Japan, where it is not bundled?  What other game has had that kind of an attach rate without bundles?

I'm pretty sure it is a full price game in Japan.

Why has wii sports sold less than half of current consoles? How many consoles do not include wii sports>?

People must be buying it on its own.

Halo 3 will come to the PS2, halo copied the game Red Faction even though they came out around the same time...my friends said that.

it does account for ~3.4 m in sales though... which still nearly cracks the wii top ten. They must be sold separately elsewhere too....

but then again mario was a bundled game, so who actually holds the record if we don't count bundled games?
