I really don't understand why Sony haven't introduced at least the silver and white models outside of Japan. Limited editions aside (oh, MS, curse your JRPG bundles), it's not like white plastic is a special resource.

Lol, so true.  I would have bought a silver or white PS3 in a heart beat.  What ever happened to all those colorful Wii consoles that originally was released?  They never decided to color code the Wii?  That would be a great selling point just like the DS since everyone would want their favorite color.  I guess they have to wait till they meet demand for just the white console before they try colors.
