This is the beauty of having so many first party devs, they can make many games and keep them under wraps. So many of the first parties are yet to announce the games they are working on.

They did, and failed. The best 7-gen console if you want quality games.

This.  Awful job by the people that handle the release dates.  The majority of last year was barren, and then we got smoked at the end.  We definitely don't need a repeat of that, as there are a huge number of games I'm looking forward to playing, and I don't want to be forced to miss out because of Sony's awful planning strategies.

He actually says more exclusives will be announced in 2009, not necessarilly for 2009.

OT: Well there must be one or two big titles for april-augustus period. Early this year we'll get kz2 and yakuza3+XIII demo for japan. Late 09 we'll get uncharted2, ratchet HD2 and others but on the middle of this year .... Blank, nothing!

I'm sure that trico will come out this year + studio liverpool game (not the game with the virtual pet) + 1-2 surprises!

In an interview with David Reeves, he also says this year will be a great year for the PlayStation 3. What he expects out of 2009, is a goal to start making profits off of the console. When they hit their achievement, then they can move onward. He mentions about the video and music service to release in PAL regions by year’s end. Wtf are they serious?
