1 - Someone who buys a core system probably doesnt want to connect the 360 to the internet to begin with thus...
2 - Someone who has a core isnt interested in MMO's

Um no.

Only 40% of 360 ownbers know it has HD graphics, how many do you really think know that core wont play MMos with out spending $100 on a MS harddisk or that its not ideal for online anything.

Um yes because the core doesnt have a hard drive. Someone who buys a core probably already knew that because they see the core and the other models sitting together on the shelves. They investigate to see why this one is $100 less and they will note that the only major difference is a hard drive. Now, if these folks are literate enough to even set up a internet connection on their 360 then they should already know that in order to play demos and watch movies and such they need the hard drive for storage. By choosing to buy a model without a hard drive they basically said that they are not interested in online content such as demos, previews, worthless news and game updates. Now if they change their minds they could go pick up a hard drive but I am willing to bet that most will never want online content because it really doesnt offer anything they cannot already get on your PC and most people dont care about demos and/or they are not willing to actually pay for demos (which is basically what everyone does when they get xb-live).
