'Exclusive' is a term that implies comparison, which in the case of videogaming is the direct comparison of titles with the other platforms. And a list that is defined for a timeframe further proves the point that a game can be listed as an exclusive where the only thing we need to assimiliate is the year it was brought up. Hence "2009 PC Exclusives".

You should clarify and label this "2009 Initial PC Release Exclusives." Because Braid is STILL on the XBox360. Even if it does get released on the PC this year. Hence, it's not a 2009 PC exclusive. Maybe if it's programmed to stop working on XBox360s this year your argument would hold some water (not a lot, just a little, like half a cup), but since I haven't heard of Braid not working on XBox360s this year, I think it's safe to say that it's not a 2009 PC exclusive.

Exclusive means you can't get it anywhere else.
All you need to do is answer me this: the day Braid is released for PC in 2009, will I be able to get it somewhere else other than the PC?
If that answer is no, then it would be an exclusive.
If that answer is yes, it is not an exclusive.
It's a *really* easy concept to grasp.

So tell me what's all this BS I see about "semi-exclusives" where PC games are included in exclusives threads of other platforms?
This being related to my other posts where a multiplatform game could make case when comparing line-ups. If you want to see which system had the better games in 2009, you would also have to list Mirror's Edge for PC or Red Alert 3 for X360, no? Because both games count, and shouldn't be dismissed just because it was already out on other systems (that line of thinking is one of the reasons why Bioshock, Quake Wars, etc... had terrible receptions on the last platforms they've been released in).
Whatever. You know what I'll do? I'll just remove the games. I understand your point, but I had listed them for 2 reasons:
1) As a backlash of those silly "semi-exclusives" that PS360 like to put in their threads.
2) That great games sell badly just because they've been out on other platforms before.
Sorry for wasting everyone's time. Going to watch Wall-E and Raging Bull on my PC while laying down on my bed.

Why would you take the games down? Just don't call them exclusives because they aren't. Telling people to get games like Braid and Mirror's Edge is a wonderful thing, they just aren't exclusives. I don't care about what platform has the better quality, that's an entire other argument that I just don't care enough to get into, I'm just pointing out a wrong.

Wanna talk about soccer while typing on the computer? Or how about talking about how we're talking about soccer over the internet on the computer?
See a boy was reading the forumz on a computer attached to a TV and he saw a comment about someone watching movies whilst lying down on the bed so it gave him an idea so he typed into his blu tooth keyboard onto his lap to the person who might have made a dope related comment previously about soccer but then he decided to talk about talking. Oh well, whats your story?
Tease.

Online poker is huge too.
I beat Minesweeper on expert in 94 seconds at work one time. My comp at home only has a time of 232 seconds for expert though.
