To me it seems it's impossible for a PS3 game to get a 10 unless it's got a 360 version as well. And there's no way Sony would let a 360 leaning site get the first exclusive review to 'set the tone' for other reviews - They're probably pissed they made this 'early score'. Also: If they're going to make the argument that graphics don't make a game why is Bioshock 1 point higher and a perfect 10 on 360.

Their primary complaint seems to be about how there's nothing special about the hero of the story, which is unusual for shooters, who have some of the most distinctively personified heroes in the industry (Duke Nukem, Master Chief, the entire cast of Gears of War, etc.)
