for me it has to be the last trailer of final fantasy versus XIII that trailer was just EPIC everything in it was amazing, the music, the scenes all of it was amazing.

Tomb Raider: Underworld Launch Trailer IMO. Just an amazing combination of ingame material and CGI. And the sound fits perfectly, of course.
