Forums - Gaming - More PS3 games delayed... One possibly cancelled :/

Another day another PS3 game delay announcement (actually 2 games this time) :(

Up first is Juiced 2: How Import Nights, it's being delayed until October from it's original September release, the 360, PS2, and DS versions are still on schedule.  I doubt it's really at the top of anyone's most wanted list and a month delay probably would have gone unnoticed anyways.

Next up is Stuntman: Ignition which is due August 31st for the 360 and PS2 and was originally delayed until November for the PS3, but now it no longer appears on the list at all as cancellation rumors surround it's release for the PS3.

Sad for Sony....If the Sony fans really want it they better buy the PS2 version.

Juiced delayed? Ah man I was really looking forward to tha.... Wait, what game?

I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.

Neither of those games really interest me, but it still sucks for people that were looking forward to these. It will be justified if they spend the time making the games better though.

And the "Dreamcast Effect" begins.

I'm willing to bet that this won't be the first cancellation we hear about for the PS3 in the next few months.

"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."

If Juiced 2, hot import nights gets permanently delayed (or canceled) for the PS3, it will be a GOOD thing. The game blows (or at lest the demo did). I can't ever recall playing a racing title that had worse controls. The stuntman demo was actually pretty fun but can get frustrating. Even if it does get canceled, it won't be a huge loss.

I hate trolls.

Systems I currently own:  360, PS3, Wii, DS Lite (2)
Systems I've owned: PS2, PS1, Dreamcast, Saturn, 3DO, Genesis, Gamecube, N64, SNES, NES, GBA, GB, C64, Amiga, Atari 2600 and 5200, Sega Game Gear, Vectrex, Intellivision, Pong.  Yes, Pong.

Sources?

Juiced 2 for the PS3 is still listed as a 25 September release on both EBgames.com and gamespot.com... only one week behind the 360 version.

THQ's official website has Stuntman Ignition still listed as a PS3 game so I dunno where you got the cancellation info from.

Next time you claim something like this can you give sources?
