Are they actual women, or are they really just guys running around pretending to be women.  I know some guys who always play as females in MMO games, so they can watch their character's behind all day.  Sad really...

What's sad about that?  I'd rather watch a woman's behind than constantly be staring at a man's behind.

I think the point the poster was making is that hardcore online gamers choose female characters as for most of them, that's about as close to a woman's butt they will ever get! I have met 5 World Of Warcraft gamers in my life and all 5 have been fat, single, living with their parents grade A losers! 5 out of 5....coincidence?....I doubt it!

No, the point is not that. There's nothing wrong on playing games with female characters.

And hooking up on MMO games is risky.

I think that, besides women and men, they're including a third group who will never breed and therefore their gender is meaningless.

Yes, that's the point I was trying to make.  Nothing wrong with sometimes playing a female character.  I'll just say, some people need to get out more instead of staring at and pretending to be a virtual vixens all day.
