Of course it is the ps3 user base is larger and the only good jrpg before WKC is lost odessey.

The examples only prove that there are no high budget JRPGs on Wii yet. I'm sure Dragon Quest Swords costed less than 20% of WKC to develop. Next year we can judge sales of Wii JRPGs. I can guarantee you that Wii will have most best selling RPGs by the end of 2009 and will be the console of choice for JRPGs. FYI some of the RPGs for next year on Wii (every fan of the genre might want to consider a wagglebox): RPG
Fragile: Farewell Ruins of the Moon
Muramasa: Demon Blade
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearer
Kizuna
Dynamic Slash

Maybe Monster Hunter 3 and the Last one and the Final fantasy might strengthen the Wii's RPG front but it is by NO means the JRPG console because the rest look honestly mediocre. Most of them will probably get over looked due to the release of Final Fantasy XIII which is still exclusive in japan on PS3.
Black Women Are The Most Beautiful Women On The Planet.
"In video game terms, RPGs are games that involve a form of separate battles taking place with a specialized battle system and the use of a system that increases your power through a form of points.
Sure, what you say is the definition, but the connotation of RPGs is what they are in video games." - dtewi

there's no way that's in game.
Million that is in game it was already shown in the trailer.
I've always wondered why it is people obsessed with graphically intensive consoles seem to have the graphical knowledge of a toddler. How do you people honestly have trouble telling the difference between pre-rendered and in-game?
Other notes on this topic: ShadowSoldier anyone who says Muramasa and Kizuna look mediocre instantly loses all cred as a JRPG fan. The others I can certainly understand might not be for everyone, since they are somewhat niche concepts, but no one will ever take you seriously when you make a statement like that.

that trailer doesn't include the picture in question , and in my defense if i am wrong it's a very small pic.

The trailer has that city, of not that exact vista. It's not that small a pic either. It's really not that hard to tell CGI when you see it.

That city looks no better then the cities in FF12. So i fail to see the reason why it couldn't be in game.

I was interested in the thread untill someone said that in a matter of JRPGs, PS1 > SNES.
That shit is just blasphemy...
Quem disse que a boca é tua?
Qual é, Dadinho...?
