E3 2006-The beginning of the end. Wii introduced

 

E3 2008- Armageddon. Wii motion plus introduced. Wii Music. Reggie says Animal crossing was a core game. Massive disappointment. many Wii core gamers selling their Wii.

 

E3 2010- Tape runs out

1st Qtr US releases

2 mill. Nov sales month

Best week ever for any console for the Wii

No game announcements but thats because the majority of the world's countries are busy with Christmas, etc.

To tell you honestly, I dont care for Wii's sales anymore. Only loyal HD console fans really care about it. Even the software except for my favorites like COD WAW. Its just predictable really...

Im not really interested in DQX Im more interested in FF: CB but since its previous titles are multiplayer focus I think that game will not hype much. Though Im excited in the new trailer in January 29, 2009 )=

There are never announcements between November - Feb.



PC + Wii owners unite.  Our last-gen dying platforms have access to nearly every 90+ rated game this gen.  Building a PC that visually outperforms PS360 is cheap and easy.    Oct 7th 2010 predictions (made Dec 17th '08)
PC: 10^9
Wii: 10^8

I have not really heard any exciting announcements for months.

After MarioKart and Brawl I have found little to get me excited, DeBlob being the only exception.

The only Wii games that interest me are Fragile and The Conduit and Im not sure if I will defintely get them yet.

There is a definite lack of exciting and good new content for the Wii.

Sure its that time of year! So lets hope 2009 brings some great content for the Wii like a Zelda announcement or SMG sequal, some great 3rd party games and a Wii system update.
