Forums - Gaming - Ninja Gaiden BLACK or SIGMA?

Seriously now, seriously.

Does Sigma have a Mission Mode? Somebody tell me! If it doesn't, you cannot in good conscience get Sigma.

Around the Network

Ninja Gaiden (I don't intend to buy Just 4 comp) - $10
Ninja Gaiden Black Used (No New Available) - $25
Ninja Gaiden Sigma Used - $27
Ninja Gaiden Sigma New - $30

What I've learned / Deciding factors:

- So NG:B has a harder difficulty level, and Sigma was eased up a bit in general?

- Ninja Gaiden Black has the NES original, but that's not really deciding factor,
becuase if I wanted that game, I could get it for virtually nothing

- Ninja Gaiden Sigma has better graphics

- NGS is in HD

- The XBOX controller is slightly better for NG

- NGS has some extra, but crappier, slower missions as Rachel that don't affect
the story at all

- NGS has a new move w/ sixaxis that's not in NG:B?

- NGS has a better, but still flawed camera

- I have more games on my 360 than my PS3

ANYTHING I'M MISSING?

Ninja Gaiden Black has a 50-mission Mission Mode involving insane combat scenarios that are the hardest and best thing about the game.

@L.C.E.C.: You can download NGB for $15 from Xbox Originals directly to the hard drive. That's what I did, in fact it was the only reason my 360 was ever connected to the Internet.

5-6 GB if I remember correctly. You can delete it and redownload it anytime for free though.

Ninja Gaiden Black has an unlockable version of the NES Ninja Gaiden in it. Sigma doesn't.

I have both but there really isn't much apart from the graphical upgrade.

Does the unlockable version work on the 360?  As far as I know, it doesn't.

Sigma imo, Ive played black at my friends house the one that has the 360. He seem to like it, But he complains it is to hard and eventually gets boring.

Ive played sigma on the PS3 it was pretty neat but the diffrences i cant really tell XD O Besides sigma was a bit > in gfx. Rather then that im not sure..

i say pick black
