I didnt notice it, swamped with data, lol. This happened to me before when I was at college. I wanted to abbreviate the "Assistant Professor" and I naively thought it was "Ass. Prof." :) not even being aware of the subtlety! The professor sent me an agressive reply, notifying me that the proper abbreviation must be "Ast. Prof." :)))

Lets see if the strong 1st party titles will be able to turn things around for ps3 and wii can save its momentum (there is a thing called saturation point and America is close to that in such a short period).

A chart with Year over Year growth for console would be interesting as well.

Hmmm. Interesting. I think these figures just stand to illustrate even more the effectiveness of price point. The fact that 360 was alone in 2005 and didn't push very many units in comparrison to the past few months, I think this could be a lesson learned that Companies need to try harder to keep machine costs down.

Also it may serve Sony fans well in the future if SONY can lower the price of PS3 significantly. (As far as their statements that PS3 can catch up and eventually pass the 360 by gen end).
