Forums - Gaming - I think I screwed myself..

Back when I bought the ps3, I bought it mainly because I never had a ps2 or ps1, and I know had a huge back catalogue of games to choose from.

Well around this time in 2006, I went to best buy, and I saw FF X, ICO, DARK CLOUD, JAK 3, JAK 2, and GOD OF WAR. I stupidly didnt know anything about this games(now I know they where some of the best games in the ps2's library), so I picked up god of war because my dad said it looked interesting, I also picked up socom 3, naruto ultimate ninja, and GTA san andreas.

Socom was horrible because nobody played online on ps2 anymore, Naruto was just short, and GTA SAN's (no offense) ghetto style was a huge turn off for me. God of war though was brilliant.

Now sadly, all of these amazing ip that I saw are NO LONGER available for sale,, I have searched everywhere, in GS, in Best buy, in Circuit city, Target, Walmart, etc...

I am sad that I may never experience, FF X, ICO, or JAK 2 and 3.

Although this is blog material, I thought I would share this with all of you

Search in eBay for these games, I'm sure you'll find them.

You think my dad will just handily give me his credit card to put on the internet? Ha sure, its almost impossible for him to put his credit card on the ps3 let alone the internet.

I can understand being worried on eBay but Amazon shouldn't be too hard to convince your dad to let you play on.

I wish...unless I get the card without him knowing which wouldnt be a good thing

you should be able to find them at a gamestop or any local independent store that sells used games if you don't mind them that way

You have to know someone that has a credit card or an eBay account. Give them the money, they order the game for you, they receive it, they give it to you.

I'd help you... but I'm in Mexico you know :P

@Fazz

Wow im so stupid I never thought about that

There's a sex joke somewhere........

Guess I missed the part that you mentioned you checked gamestop "GS"....but online it shows they still have stock of Jak 3 and FFX. You might wanna check to see if there is a store near you that has it. As for the other two like I mentioned if you can find an indy store that's your best bet other than online which you can't as you said. Better yet why don't you get your dad to buy one of those "disposable" credit cards that you can buy at stores. That way you can use that number to use online. It should work as I've seen them with the mastercard/visa logo
