It could likely be a crap hack'n'slash/platformer oblivion-clone with poor controls, poor interface, mediocre story, and cutscenes every 5 steps.  You have no clue whether it will be good or not... at all.  All you have is a trailer filled with cutscenes and a couple shots of actual gameplay so far.

If the trailer looks good then the trailer looks good.  Let it raise your expectations if you like, but wait to see actual gameplay before talking about purchasing it.  Otherwise, if you're really that keen on throwing away money, I'm sure there's a waste basket and garbage disposal in the viscinity of your kitchen that can help you out.
