My computer struggles with Crysis (20-30 FPS on medium) so I was wondering if I should even bother with Warhead or Far Cry 2. Thanks!

Warhead is a tiny bit less demanding than the original.
About FC2, I think it's well below Crysis in graphics, and I've heard the Dunia engine is less demanding than Cryengine 2.

True. Although Far Cry 2 is a lot less demanding than Crysis, I really think the graphics are at least as nice. Yes, I can see that Crysis uses slightly more detailed textures and objects, but personally I just don't like the Crysis graphics as much as I love Far Cry 2. Crysis graphics are too grany and pixelated.
Far Cry 2 is a beatiful game.

You should be OK with either title. If you're already getting up to 30 fps on Crysis with medium settings, you should either get better frames or can utilize better graphic settins for either game and remain playable.
The rEVOLution is not being televised
Warhead uses same graphics engine as Crysis but is optimised better apparently so runs a good 20%+ better at any equivalent detail level.
