I think you can for HW. Go here: http://vgchartz.com/hwtable.php (or go Chartz at the top of the page > Hardware table), and put for what dates you want to have it.

If you exclude Japan (put Americas + Others only) and choose Wii, you can see how much Wii Sports sold there (as Wii Sports is bundled with pretty much all Wiis in Americas/Others.)

Please note that for copying into excel, Opera/Safari (and possibly Firefox) have some issues. If you have an Internet Explorer browser on your PC, you should use that for copying those numbers.

For others games, you would have to write the numbers in yourself. You can find those numbers (sales from launch) by going here: http://vgchartz.com/swlaunch.php (or World > Compare games). Write in the name of the title, and toggle either cumulative (total sales) or weekly sales. You will, however, have to put the info into excel yourself.
