Is there anyone we can complain to about this? Maybe an unbiased Mod (know any?) so this guy got banned over something which was minor ... and I bet myself I knew who it was ... clicked on his profile and ta da yes that mod was the one that banned him, has happened more than a few times. Its not so much that they shouldn't ban these people but its like they actively seek to ban the people that own a "rival" console.
