Is Halo 3 online any good? I love the game, but I've played it so many times its crazy.

No.. The game modes are so simple I wanna cry. But then I prefer a lot more advanced multiplayer shooters, such as the incredible Enemy Territory: Quake Wars.

Braid and Castle Crashers are both great choices. You really can't go wrong with either, or both. The patch is up so that means online should be functional. I'll also jump in a game with you if you like. I'll be trying out the co-op for the first time myself online.

Instead of just giving you good multiplayer games, I'll give you the multiplayer games I have and play, so you know if you get the same ones, we can be multiplayer buddies.

Gears of War 2
Call of Duty: World at War(my favorite online)
Burnout Paradise(My second favorite online)
Fable II
Virtua Fighter 5 Online
Forza 2(I don't actually play this, so don't bother asking me.)
All Pro Football 2K8
Marvel Ultimate Alliance
Grand Theft Auto IV

How is the wheel by the way? I've been thinking of getting one to play Burnout with but it's an expensive thing and I want to make sure it's worth it.

Ok, now i've been using both PSN and Xbox Marketplace, all I can say is OMFG! The difference in the quantity of content is incredible. I could have easily spent $200 in it and still found more stuff to get. My Live handle is added! Yay.

I currently have only five games. (Not sure where the other pack-in game went to.)

Castle Crashers

Halo (of course I would own this baby) Its also half price at 600 points, such a must own!

Forza 2

PGR3

Kung Foo Panda.

Got 1200 points left haha!

As for the wheel, I don't play racers that much it was kinda for my girlfriend! Shes more the racer type but from using it for 5 mins.

+Sits niceley on my lap, feels pretty accurate and responsive, force feedback feels good/not too noisey, strong construction

- Looks cheap, pedals too high and they dont feel right for an upright seat, doesn't work with PS3, not completely wireless (Power cord), not the most feature packed - would have liked a shifter.

But im a noob with racers, and its a gift for my girl.

Thanks for the list haha, I think I have a lot of adding to do. Its a pain having my media PC (typing on it now) sharing the HDMI with the Xbox 360. I think my next full priced purchase is going to be.. Mercenaries 2. Then probably Halo 3, then Gears of War 2. (Mercenaries 2 isn't a polished game, but its damn fun.)

Ok well tell your girlfriend, if she gets Burnout Paradise I'll kick her ass in it.

Also get Braid with your last 1200 points unless you're a total SFII Turbo fanatic, then get that instead.

I'm a Live Arcade fanatic, so if you don't know what to get, just give me a genre and I'll recommend you something good. Also download the trials for any game you're interested in.

@Onyx, thanks!

Yeah im downloading a bunch of stuff so I have to wait for it all to finish. I've got the Braid trial in the pending list somewhere.

Btw, whats the easiest way to transfer everything from the old HDD to the new?

Lastly, how come when I selected my offline profile my achievements reset themselves to 0?

What can u recommend to my mom? She can play Bejeweled (and the old Boulder Dash if u ever heard of it) but I fink Hexic is too hectic or complicated for her lol.

The easiest way to transfer is with the transfer cable. I haven't needed one but I think they cost money. Check eBay.

I can't help you on the last one. That's never happened to me. Maybe it's because you switched 360s.

If she can play Bejeweled she can definitely play Zuma. That's my primary recommendation.

Also some really quality puzzlers that are easy to get into are:

Poker Smash(Fantastic and highly underrated game. My favorite puzzle game on Live.)
Hexic(At least let the woman try it out. You never know.)
Tetris Splash(Nothing innovative about this version, but it's still Tetris.)
Meteos Wars(I haven't played this yet. Can't comment on quality. Reviews are good though.)

Those are my top five. DL trials for her to give them a shot. Puzzle games are easy to figure out from a trial whether you will like it or not.
