Usually, I won't answer a call from an 800-number or the like. Now, they are getting sketchy, with 608 or 806 area codes and the like - and some have names listed too.
My wife was on the phone and one called - said his name was James and wanted to speak to me. I answered the phone and he said 'Are you ...' and I was like 'Yeah' - shoulda known it wasn't someone I knew and I ended up saying 'Hold on' and hung. Clown called like 4-5 times in a matter of minutes.
I am tired of speaking Swahili to these clowns - and when I tell them I'll pay them before the end of the money, they are like 'No, we want payment now!' I tell you - I will pay you when I can.
Any of you run into these schemes?
