I think that resistance was a good game! It's a perfect game to begin with FPS!

I tried Wolfenstein 3D when I was like 5 or 6 :P

No, Goldeneye 007 was my first FPS on the N64......been playing FPS since I was 6 yrs old:)

Well, for me Resistance was terrible, didn't found anything special in this game, don't know what this hype all about? But I'm kinda experienced in FPS genre so may be it wasn't so bad for you. Go play some classics, like GE007 mentioned above. KZ2 looks pretty average at this point, yes, visuals are better (which still nothing compared to Crysis though art-design of Crysis wasn't any good), production value seems higher, but nothing extraordinary, just another FPS. May be it'll come up in my opinion afterwards, when it get released.
