Final Fantasy - Played VII through 12 (excluding 11) multiple times. Easily over 500 hours

Monster Hunter - Only played MHF, and MHF2, but easily over 250 hours, 170 on MHF2 alone

Pokemon - Over 500 hours too, sunk 200 into Pearl when I was off last summer

Metal Gear - Probably around 150 with multiple playthroughs and such.

Xenogears - Probably over 100. Played through three times.

5. Final Fantasy (over 500 hours +, 150 hours on FFXII alone!)

3. Mega Man (I don't know how many times I've completed them all)

2. Super Smash Bros. (I've been playing since the original on the N64)

1. The Legend of Zelda (I made two Zelda websites once, I HAD to know everything about the games)

all hundreds of hours sunken into these franchises

Zelda - played them all several times, wanting having done everything immediately after the first finish or just casually play it again after several years.

Final Fantasy - Played them all, most of them several times + plus spend a huge amount on all the spin-offs.

Pokemon - played several and Diamond already made me play for 200+ hours (I think Yellow would have easily been over 500)

Counter-Strike - Played it for years several hours a day, still play it (not everyday though)

Medal of honour - played several but most of that time was spend on-line on Allied Assault. Played it at least 1.5 years a few hours a day.

Call of Duty - After ditching Allied Assault I played this on-line for hours a day, both the first and second. few years later the 4th on both xlive and PC.

Mario - played a lot of Mario games (I think I would pass 50 titles easily) , putting hours in most of them.

MarioKart - Played them all, and again all for hours and hours.

5. Mario (300 hours - especially SMB 1 and SML 1)

4. Final Fantasy (399 hours LOL)

3. Megaman (400 hours)
