Forums - Nintendo - Non million million sellers on the Wii!

We have 3 games on the Wii that are 100% million sellers but may never be classed as that due to missing others sales -

Dance Dance Revolution: Hottest Party - 0.84 million without others

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08 - 0.81 million without others

Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz - 0.65 without others

So at the moment there are 34 million sellers on the Wii plus these 3. The ones below are also 100% guaranteed to hit 1 million very soon -

Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures
The Simpsons Game
Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution
We Ski
Ben 10: Protector of Earth
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed
Big Beach Sports
Rayman Raving Rabbids: TV Party

There are various others like Shaun White and Sonic Unleashed that will no dount hit 1 million but it would be too early to say they are guaranteed 100% million sellers. So in total, within a few weeks the Wii will have 45 million sellers, of which 28 will be non Nintendo games. I think it is now fair to say 3rd party games sell very very well on thw Wii.

Call of Duty 3 is 0.59 million without others but it's too close to say whether this was a million seller or not...we may never know!

You left out Cooking Mama, which must be at over 1.5 million by now. And while they might not hit a million, I'm still really curious to see others data on Excite Truck and Elebits.

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.
