Found out about the (/begin_spoiler) Rasen-Shuriken, which does a considerable amount of irreversible damage to its user as well as its target, and was therefore banned by the Fifth Hokage (AKA Lady Tsunade AKA the Medical Sannin AKA the Humorless Battle Axe who Runs Konoha)...
