“We have not announced any plans for future projects with Shaun.” - Ubisoft rep

so guess it isnt true...yet

Ah, I see. I was wondering why you posted a second statement that contradicted the first one...

Mind you, now that 40% of the sales are on the Wii, the "franchise" is officially "casual." Bummer, dudes.

Is that 40% for balance board, 60% other or can you play the game without the balance board? Sorry, not up on Shaun White.

From what I have seen there is a culture to snowboarding, it is just a culture I want very little to do with ... With how expensive it is to snowboard locally, and how much time it takes on an average snowboarding trip, the culture of snowboarding is (essentially) the culture of spoiled rich kids who have too much time on their hands.

I agree, it can get expensive. A setup, with boots, usually runs for $500 on the cheap end. Lift tickets can be $50-$80 for a day. My local mountain is a half hour away. It snowed here today, I spent most of the day building a snowboard ramp on the hill in the backyard. Priming it for a 1/4 pipe.
