Ok SCE is about $1-2billion in the red, MSGS are almost $7billion in the red and have never turned a profit in 7 years.Did people say the same thing about MS buying Rare that it would never happen Rare are Nintendo loyal look what happened there.
"under are wing" might not mean take over more like we help them develop for the PS3 or it becomes 2nd party like Insomniac is(not owned by Sony but only make Sony games).

 you are misslead by what you read.... MSGS is 7 billion in debt but MS as a whole still generates more net incomes than sony does... like USA is I don't remember of how many billions in debt (world record) and still first economical power in the world ... MS the holding generated 14 billion at the last checkpoint and Sony just 864 million.... MS is way over Sony when it comes to power and money.... without talking about the stock cap.... which is not really important in that case.... but MS is way over sony on that too.... meaning share holders think MS has a higher overall value than Sony.... it's really sumed up but it speaks already enough by itself....
