Oh they exist. I just searched one torrent site and the various torrents were being seeded by many thousands of people. Its just many many people buy dvds aswell :)

in 13.5m they include Rental sales also. i m not sure if 1.7m contains rental... So 12.6% is minimum.. could be above 15%.

by rental sales do you mean blockbuster buying like 50 of them? If so then I'm pretty sure 1.7 includes blockbuster buying blu-rays too... but the blockbuster by me only carries like 2 of the same title blu-rays

BluRay = 1.7m
Total = 13.5m
BluRay = 12.5% of total sales
Sales ratio of 1 BluRay : 7 DVD sales
