In other words.... your problem is assuming that the consoles stop selling when the next gen starts..... The Wii at least will continue on just like the PS2 is now, So 250 million for this generation is very likely, and 300 million is not out of the question, though a tad higher than I would estimate.

Right, but I think Tremble is trying to say that the "Europe" numbers and "Other" numbers are not the same (Europe is only PART of the "others" numbers).. that much is true. But with that being the 360 really has started to erode the European monopoly of Europe.

Thank u, I didn't know that (sarcasm inside). As you can see, the 360 has a nice year's end in europe thanks to its price cut, but what will happen when sony will cut the price too?
