Well i was utterly dissapointed by XIII, because it didnt blow me away, with FFXIII-2 i had no hopes to begin with, meaning that - when i bought it - the game managed to entertain me quite well, and i still love that ending like heck. But if they continue the saga around lightning, they really need to step up everything, just to get the damaged brand that is Final Fantasy (FFXIII is the lowest rated main FF ever if i recall correctly) and FFXIV was more of a pain to square, too.

so yeah (@square), 1.) make a masterpiece, and 2.) get versus XIII THE F*CK OUT, because i'm sure its the square game people look forward to the most.

That reminds that I still have to play FFXIII-2. Might get it now since it's only 30€.

downloaded all 3 y's games from the ps store for my psvita, been awhile since i played a y's game and i wana get used to the series again in prepping for the psvita y's game.

Just started The Last Story. What's your opinions on it?

@pots555, i really liked the game, but i think it fails to hold a torch to : lost odyssey in my opinion.
the last story i thought had good graphics, battle system and quests and nice characters, overall a good game. just when i 1st played it i was expecting so much from it, because of how much i loved lost odyssey.

as for me, i really liked the game. it was lacking content and the framerate was something that should have been adressed, but the setting is refreshing, the characters look and act great, and the story is not overly complicated, but still fairly engaging. it fails at being a masterpiece for various reasons, but its a very good game overall, and IMO every RPG Fan that owns a wii should at least take a closer look before dismissing it.

Anyway, I'm trying not using a guide. BTW, after this game I'm interested now in FF series. This is the first mainline FF I have ever played, before it was Crystal Chronicles on the Cube (and I like that) and the one on the Wii (liked, but not like the first one).

What FF games do you recomend me to play and on what system? I'm interested in FFVII.
