playing d2 , I'm still impressed with the game even after all this time, i love the fact that when you port back to town it's instant no loading and graphically for a 8000x600 game it looks good , the animations are a bit stiff but like i said for its age it real good , what are your favourite characters and weapons.

I gave it a try a couple of days ago, with a Sorc build in conjunction with the Zealadin build I was starting a couple of weeks ago.

The game never gets old for me, even if the animations are a bit outdated (especially when you compare them to the most recent Diablo clones, like Titan's Quest or Torchlight).

My favourite playable characters are both the Necromancer and the Paladin, there's just too many versatility in the builds you can construct for them. For weapons, I'll go with both Azurewrath, "Breath of the Dying" runeword Etheral Berserker Axe and the good old Buriza

OT - Sorry I haven't replied much in the past days, I haven't been around due to exams.

@mjk45: I played the first disciples but never the second.  Enjoyed it tho, guess the second one just fell through the cracks.

after watching the trailer on Steam for Disciples 3 i have decided to get it ,i quite like  turn based strategy rpgs.

Cool, Ill get Disc 2 then 3 once I am done.  Leaving tom for my training, so I could use something to play on my laptop.  Was thinking about just playing ME 1/2 again, but something new sounds even better

@Ssenkah , hope your training goes well ,do you get some form of qualification /  advancement or is it just general  workplace training.
