Although BoF II is my favorite, BoF was amazing as well. Same for Valkyrie Profile and Valkyrie Profile II Well actually the rumor was that there would be a sequel to Valkyrie Profile so VP 3 and their would be a joint effort from capcom and square enix to make a breath of file compilation disk with hd remakes of 1 and 2 if my memory is correct.  But it came from some small video game website and you know some of those will write anything just for hits but I hope they are right in this instance.  There is a forum on this site dedicated to that particular rumor if you searched for it I'm sure you could find it. Also did you ever play Parasite Eve 2 I heard it was different and wasn't as good as the original is that true in your opinion?

Yes, Parasite Eve 2 is extremely different from PE1.

First it plays like a Resident Evil game, with the same moving and attacking mechanics, with a few RPG mechanics attached, like weapon stats and Parasite Powers.

Second, the story breaks completely apart from the original game. I hope that PE:3rd Birthday brings back a logical flow to both stories, instead of neglecting the first again. 

In my opinion, PE2 was too many degrees inferior to PE1. It lost almost of it's originality in the process of trying to capture the RE/SH audience :/

Im hoping for some Release date info on Ar Tonelico 3 and Atelier Rorona.  Maybe a hard confirm on Neptune coming west?  Maybe Atlus throwing out some info on Persona 5 (or the next SMT project, tho more likely for TGS)  

Longshots include info on maybe a new Wild Arms for PS3?  Suikoden 6?  Beyond Good and Evil 2?  The Legend of Dragoon 2? (yea right) Tho most of these are more likely for TGS.  

Im also looking forward to new info on Last Story and Xenoblade.  I have a Wii in anticipation for those 2, I just dont have any games for it :)

I would recommend Muramasa for the Wii, if you're a fan of Symphony of the Night or Super Metroid type of games  

@lestat ,did the 7minute difference make up for the lack of damage/defence  or did it over compensate in your opinion

It makes up for the lack of damage, since you can easily bring up Vercigentorix's stagger bar to 999% in a few seconds, and even with Tier 1 weapons (considering that you still have at least over 1000 Strength on Fang), you can still do over 100K damage to him. 

In the end, it's just a matter of having quick reflexes to go back to Tortoise Paradigm when he does his Wicked Whirl ultimate attack and continously debuffing him and buffing your party. 

@lestat ,thats what i thought and by that time fang should be well over especially if you give her  a kaiser knuckles it should be 3000

Ok thanks for the info on parasite eve 2.  I didn't realize that the second game neglected the story of parasite eve 1.  Since the 3rd birthday is going back to the original setting hopefully it will advance the story from the first game better than pe 2.
