@Robo: Death does not work on Long Gui.   When I was going for my Plat in FF13, I never used the Golden Watch (was the last mark mission I did, with all others 5 star'd and I 5 star'd it first attempt).  Kind of a waste :( 

@mkj45: It has been awhile since I played a Growlanser game, but from what I remember I enjoyed them.  Hell, there really are not that many RPGs I do not enjoy...

I upgraded Fang's weapon to Tier 3 (Kain's Lance), gave her Kaiser Knuckles and got her attack over 2000. Then, I went to strike down an Adamantoise, got it down on the ground, cast a round of Bravera, Faithra, Haste on my party and Slow, Imperil, Deprotect and Deshell on Adamantoise. When I reached 999% Stagger, Fang was doing over 200K

Highest DMG I've done, with a 3500 ATK Fang was 450K.

Yup, Gold Watch was kinda of a waste, especially if you did the Marks with powered down weapons/accesories. Battle Time Limit was directly affected with how much powerful your gear was. 

The last mark varied from 5 minutes Time Limit for maximum upgraded gear to 17 minutes with minimum upgraded gear.

I was a bit disappointed in how easy the final mark ended up being.  It was 100% making sure you switched to Tort when you saw Wicked Whirl about to be cast.  Do some dmg, he goes immune, heal your team, full buff, debuff, dmg etc.

For most of my marks I just used The Lionheart its syn abilities to quickly stagger most things = 5  star.

I used a Ultima Weapon with Champion's Badge to enable the Synthesized Ability Gestalt for Random: Instant Chain. It was also the only way I could obtain the 5/5 ranking with the Gigantuar battle.

now that DC games are coming to psn and live all we have to do is wait  and hope for the rpg's can't wait to play skies of arcadia, grandia 2 etc with hd upscaling and  trophy support.
