does the vanille tactic i used on a admantoise work on a long gui the huge dinosaur creature on pulse ?

i used another tactic on my 360 version to beat it and get the trophy for doing so, i didnt use that tactic of spamming death on it, was curious if anyone ever tried it and it worked. 

@mjk45, how close are u too platinuming ff 13 ?

Growlanser:heritage war for the PS2 arrived as well , never played one what should i expect , i like buying games new or old that i have seen/heard of over time in magazines internet etc  and seem interesting but i know little about .

@robo ,just got 4 marks left including the long Gui and have  one role left for each person to max     also a couple of weapons to max and maybe buy a few items /weapons that i missed or didn't upgrade to the first level before i sold/dismantled them,  oh yeah nearly forgot got some marks i will have to go back to 5 star

@mjk45, oh ok. i got awhile to go yet, not sure if i will platinum ff13 or not yet. because i got a ton of back log of catalog of games to play on my ps3. i think i will go back and platinum heavy rain though, it wont take more than a few quick hrs at most. 

did u do the mark mission to get the gold watch accessory yet ? 

@ Robo ,no gold watch it is one of the 4 left then i will use it to get 5 star ratings that i missed ,(gigantuar i,m looking at you ),by the way i forgot i have to go back and do over orphan again in his second form for the superstar trophy.

I hope to platinum it but like you I'm in no hurry especially  since  these things take time and we have seen pretty much all there is to offer.  do you know anything about growlanser :heritage  of war for the ps2

@mjk45, thats true we have really seen all ff13 has too offer us, thats why i wish some dlc would come and add some dungeons and extra mark missions u know, that help in terms of more sales for the game on both systems.

on growlanser : heritage of war on the ps2, yes i have knowledge of it. havent talked about that game in awhile

Do any of you get Newtype usa , i haven't since my newsagent stopped stocking it about 12months ago,   i should do something about it , apart from anime that i love they tended to have a good selection of games , especially japanese rpg's that they preview and review although the reviewer didn't always know what he was talking about it was still good
