WKC and SO4 won't even be released in Japan on the same month.  Besides, I think we all know that WKC will sell better in Japan.  I don't think releasing WKC in the same month in the West would hurt SO4's sales but its own sales.  I have a feeling that SO4 will sell better than WKC in the West, especially if it is released in the same month.  It doesn't help WKC that it is being overlooked in the West according to the article in the OP.

Some of you may have heard of Gamesblow. He's a well known industry insider who works for Sony and always leaks interesting info way before it's officailly announced. Anyone who doubts his credibility......well, they shouldn't. There's a ton of interesting info in this podcast.


He sounds pretty confident and very specific......is he the same guy that said the stuff about Insomniac going 3rd party?

I said Yakuza, not WKC.

I don't think Yakuza 3 is going to hurt SO4's sales much.  They are on different systems.

Hence why I said a price drop the week of SOIV and a week later Yakuza 3 hits the PS3....that's what I would do if I was Kaz.

Yakuza does very well in Japan, dont see a reason number 3 will not. I dont see price as an issue in Japan, it has never seemed to be an issue.

Silogon was the one to say that, he's the guy who owns the VGTilt website. He said Insomniac will reveal their first ever Xbox 360 game at GDC next year named "Lock and Key". I can find the link if you want.

It's possible he got that information from Gamesblow though, the two somehow know each other. Gamesblow used to have his own blog site but it disappeared a while back. Now he's doing podcasts with Silogon on VGTilt.
