Forums - PC - Which internet browser do you use?

Unlike, say, operating systems (see my older topic), many people do use alternative browsers to Internet Explorer (Almost 30% of Europeans)

Do you use IE6, IE7, Firefox, Safari, Opera or something else? Why?

I use Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.6 because it's simple to use, it's extendable (I have Adblock, Flashblock, Duplicate tab, IE Tab and Fasterfox), it's not Microsoft, it's free software, it is far, far more secure than IE, I like the themes and it runs on my native Ubuntu GNU/Linux.

Firefox. My Linux-obsessed roommate bugged me until I agreed to try it, and I haven't looked back since. ^^

(yes I realise Firefox isn't the same as Linux, but open source blah blah)

Firefox.

I hate MS with a passion. :P I only use XP for gaming and actively search out and support Linux games. BTW, if you haven't at least tried Ubuntu, do yourself a favor and try it! http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu

Safari. Started using it just because it came with my Mac and now I really like it. I occassionally use Firefox but I don't like the scrolling, it's not as responsive as Safari.
