You're contradicting yourself.

According to VGChartz, 21 Wii games sold over 100,000 units in 2007, 20 in 2008, and the year isn't over.

The Wii was never wildy popular in JP like it is else where. It's sold well, and certianly better then the PS3, but not to the extint it has in NA/EU.

well there are 4 weeks left, so its probably on par with last year, with the wii having a slight decline. The only console to see a huge decline though is the DS with it reaching saturation...

man what are you talking about?? only 6 third party games sold more than 100k for the Wii in japan. its less than half of those of the ps3

Well, to be honest, the wii really has a lack of software (plz people don't talk about wiimakes). I think they're waiting a little more to pick a new console and choose between a ps3 or a wii.

its not an excuse, for m third party games dont sell on the wii. look wii has 3 times bigger userbase than ps3. ps3 has 13 third party 100k sellers this year with more to come while wii has 6 and no other 3rdp arty game will sell more than 100k this year.

and if we look at next year ps3 will have way more just look at the releases for each in Q1. and also all of the games released for the wii are bombs. dont argue

people on N4G are using this to show that the 'fad is over' and that everyone has realised how bad the wii is. yet aparnetly it shows that the PS3 is a lot better. this annoys me
