Coz sony see no sense in advertising they assume just because over 100 million people have a PS2 they will just buy a PS3.

I watch only stuff like Skysports and Paramount Comedy, and there is a lot of PS3 ads, in half time of Fulham - Man City game there was some PS3 adverts and i think 2 Xbox 360 ones. Whenever time i watch both those consoles are heavily advertised.

Wii adverts i see more on mainstream channels.

Maybe SONY feels it would eb a waste of money to advertise now...

maybe they will save that money for advertising PS3 when it reaches a much lower price point

I don't see too many PS3 ads, but there are tons of 360 ones and and insane amount for Endwar and the new POP game. I have seen the PoP one over 50times.
