It's the .jp site, my guess is it was translated with a computer or dictionary instead of a person who is actually fluent in Japanese and English.

ok, so a 360 new game and or port seem most likely. But just to play Sony's advocate. is there a single thing in that clue that could point towards the PS3 or PSP?

It's a metal gear solid game? If it is Acid then the other games were on PSP and this is most likely on that too. Why continue the series by going from a handheld to the least selling home console in your own country when the handheld you are moving it from will probably help the game sell a lot more?
And just because it has an 'on/off' icon does not mean 360, my TV has that icon in it, that's not a 360.
