grandmaster192 said: Sorry, but I still think that the Wii is a downgrade from the great Gamecube. The Wii-mote really puts a limit on how great a game can be, and it shows in alot of the games that are out. In my opinion, the Wii-mote simply is not for normal game; instead it's for mini-games like Wii Sports, for example. Due to it's lack of buttons and no second analog stick, the Wii fails to control games at the same level as the classic controler. Yes, the Wii has some games comming out (Mario Galaxy) with great graphics, however, the most important thing is game play, and thats what the Wii lacks... |
To you my good friend all i have to say is that developers have barely scratched the potential of Wii's tech, I don't think graphics are any thing to be oworried about due to the fact that super mario galaxy proves beyond a shadow of a doubt, that wii has some extreme gpu power under the hood, even if it does not match the other consoles. To be fair i look at Mario galaxy, and i am impressed as much as much as i was when i first saw the gears of war screens. (but maybe thats because i didn't think the wii could pull something like that off). U have to admit that mario galaxy is very impressive, Visually.
@Warlord_.
In reply to ur comment, even if the wii has got true motion sensing, as u put it. I don't think that matters, Its a new and interesting way to inteact with games, and i believe thats what caught peoples eyes. Like i mentioned earlier, wii tech has not been exploited to its fullest potential, give it till the end of 2008.
