It'll continue into 2009 as long as Sony doesn't drop the price by significant portions.
Outside of Sony doing that, the X360 should enjoy comfortable margins against the PS3. Even should the PS3 drop it's price, it may not hurt the X360 - only help the PS3. And since the X360 is up so much, YOY, it may have set a pace that may be difficult to catch.
Back from the dead, I'm afraid.
We will see if sales can hold, im excpecting they will until the ps3 sees a price cut.
