Well, the ammount of time put into; and also Guerilla made a very good PSP game. Killzone: Liberation. Scored a 8.4 at Gamespot.

NO one, except for N'GAi, has played the game. What was Bungie's huge hit before Halo ......

HUH???? are you kidding me ???? just 2 series.... Myth and Marathon

and ONI in 2000 which got the E3 1999 game critics award... only pb no multiplayer on that one..... but really innovative game on the combat style..... but just with Myth and marathon we can already say Bungie is studio known good world known games

Myth was an decent PC game (not a big hit by any means), never played Marathon, and I still own Oni. It was a very bad game.

Myth was a strong enough game that fanboys are continuing to develop the it. It now runs natively on any modern Mac or Windows system (perhaps not Vista).

As for Oni, it had vision. I think it was one of those titles which withers the longer it gets developed. I remember a lot of content which showed up in teaser movies but never the actual game (Blood, Ed209-style security bot). I haven't seen a game since with quite the same type of gameplay. Which is a shame, since I think that blend of fighter and 3rd person shooter had a lot of potential.

Lol, leo-j i didnt think we were arguing, nor do i believe im hard-headed. Yes, i own a 360, but i will own all three consoles within the next year. But when i purchase a PS3 it will be for games i know are great, games that deserve to be hyped. MGS4, LBP and FFXIII amongst others (Shadow of colossus 2=drool). But why dont sony fanboys concentrate on these games which are known to be FANTASTIC instead of titles that are more likely to be mediocre. And lets face it, all gameplay indicators for K2 and HS are mediocre at best. There are just as many ppl that disliked the HS demo than liked it and K2 looks like it plays like K1

LOL?

we dont know any thing about FFXIII ? and it suppose to be fantastic ?

And about HS and K2, u make me laught about ur "gameplay indicator"
It is still a bit early to say this, particularly for K2.

I remember HALO3 muliplayer beta was bad and Warhawk beta was great,
Why continue to talk about Halo3 if it is just a mediocre game ...

Time to Work !

Actually from what ive read (played neither beta), the halo 3 beta was awesome. People complain about the graphics, which appear to have been rectified in the single player version. And the 'indicators' for K2 are the first game and the trailers. The indicators for FFXIII are the trailer and the 12 other FF games not including spin-offs. Its a massive series and even the bad ones are good

Ready to laugh Sqrl?

Laugh for what? Killzone is correct, graphics do matter, people arent going to buy console games that look like a nintendo 64 game, they're going to buy the one with the best graphics. To casuals they take graphics over gameplay which is stupid.

Graphics matter but Gampelay > Graphics.  More people will buy a game with good gameplay and has bad graphics then bad gameplay and good graphics.

That's why the wii is currently winning.  It's the first system in a long time that's advanced actual gameplay as opposed to waiting for software companies to do so.

Price wouldn't drive anywhere near as many sales as the Wii has.  I mean it's beating PS2 numbenrs because of price?

Also, if Killzone 2 gives you enough time to admire people bleeding to death on the ground... that's not a good sign.

Pls don't flame me on what I'm gonna say, it's just my opinion!

Killzone 2 is important only for the Sony hardcore. It's the very reason they bought the PS3 on launch day thinking that someday they would be playing something close to the CGI-trailer of E3 2005. Killzone 2 looks good, very good although somewhat bland [too much gray for my liking]. It is still not as good as some of the other games shown at E3 07...

Still though the ONLY FPS that really impressed me was Call Of Duty 4. Now that is one good looking game!! Even the DS version of CoD4 looks effing amazing for the platform!

That said Haze also looks as good as Killzone 2 [in my eyes at least] AND it has a more interesting art style [not so gray... more Crysis-like].

Just one guy's thoughts.

It is a hardcore game through and through. You will get your ass kicked by bosses. You will be stumped by the sometimes complex, but never overbearing, exploration.

BURNNNNN IN HELL..... lol no I don't see any reason to flame.... I said it a lot of times if you watch again and again the E3 demo of KZ 2... slow mo it, you can see that game is far from done and is in no means over some actual games either PS3 or XB.... much like GTA 4 if you look a t the trailers carefully the game is full of obvious glitches...
no i think a lot of people would agree COD 4 was kinking ass, and i don't even like the genre..... that guy coming out of the grass the helicopters and stuff that was a hell of a demo....

Because the game looks like fun while being technologically impressive.

PS3 vs 360 sales

Ahh Super Mario Galaxy... the cream of the crop. Man I CAN'T wait for it!! And Prime 3 is also on my very top wanted list.
