btw "Spike TV is going to bring you the first looks at the biggest titles of 2009 during the Video Game Awards on December 14th at 9pm."

That's almost a confirmation of both games coming out in 2009 :P

I wonder how much these two announcements will increase the viewing audience of the VGAs.

I bet you Sony will "win" a few extra awards as compensation. ;)

Though LBP and MGS4 were probably going to take a good number of the awards anyway.
