Hell yeahs! Actually, my Xbox 360 does have netflix right now because it isn't hooked up to the internet and I have blockbuster.com instead of netflix. So, your PS3 has as much netflix as I have, maybe more.

Microsoft owns a large stake in Netflix, I believe. It requires Windows XP/Vista/XBox360 and Internet Explorer (or the 360 equiv).
