With the big price difference, is the Sony MS relationship like the one with MS and Apple. MS gets more sales in that biz, but Apple sells very well at a premium price, Sony playing the part of Apple here?

Not really, I think Apple makes profits.

I see nothing bad for the PS3, its still very highly priced, and well demand has increased for the console since it sold more this year than it did last year at the same time period, and at the same price point.

just something that is actually shocking me... This week in others was bigger than any week in others in 07.... including the week b4 cmas.



End of 2009 Predictions (Set, January 1st 2009)

Wii- 72 million   3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases

360- 37 million   Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak

PS3- 29 million  Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut

That innovative products is what most people.

And that people knows that the 360, a $300 machine is equally or better in terms of graphics and gameplay than the PS3.

The only advantage of th PS3 is the integrated Bluray player, and thats not even necesary for gameplay.

And don't say that the PS3 sell less than the Wii or 360 just beause the price. Why? Because people buy Wii's for almost the same price as the PS3 on ebay and other stores.

And also, according to a lot of people here, the PS3 offers the best value for the money... so, why do you guys want always a bundle with free games, or with free stuff? Isn't the PS3 alone a good value?

Guess what... peoplke don't see the value on the PS3... thats why people is always waiting for bundles, price cuts, free controllers, PSN game vouchers, free movies, etc.

Apple is actually making huge profits on their hardware, unlike Sony with the PS3.
