It says official on the box, so it should be good and work with all 360 versions. Anyways, it's $10 so no big loss if it doesn't work.

That's the best guitar controller out for the 360 IMO. Altho I haven't tried the new GH:WT one. Shame they didn't make a wireless version of it.
