Yea great idea to encourage you to take it in the bathroom!

Cause water damage to the ipod and invalidate the warranty all with one simple device.

Well, i wouldn't encourage leaving your iPod in the bathroom, but why not take it with you when you take a dump? Just remember to wash your hands before taking your iPod back :P
