Video not processed essentially means what it says.

Basically, after you've uploaded the video to Youtube, it's probably not in the right file format for Youtube to stream it (hell, I doubt they even let you upload flash video files), and so once it's uploaded, the file needs to go through a conversion process, turning it into the right file type for the job.

The conversion process shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes, but the file is probably on the backend of a queue.
