Why does this surprise you?

that = 1400 points. seems like a fair price.

I'm a bit concerned about the DLC policy as they've stated it there.
Say you use the code then for some reason or other you need to download it again at a later stage.

And for $20 it's not a bad price for the content, it looks pretty good. I'm just wondering if as many people will be interested enough in this to download as were interested in the original game. I'm pretty sure though that they'll still get over a million sales at least

it would be the same as all other content off xbl.  using a code works the same as if paid by points

Shivering Isles was $30 on XBL....So why is $20 bad?

The most important thing is that it's worth $20. It'd be much better to pay $20 and get a significantly expanded experience, rather than pay $3 for horse armor.
