Hey everyone, I got a few AC questions if thats ok.

I get 1 game this Christmas, and thats it, so I'm looking for something really good. :D

I played the first AC to death, the game is broken its been played so much.

Same for the DS one, but I've put that down, and I'm kinda done with it...

So just a few questions...

1. Houses, do all the players live in the same house like in the DS?

2. Has this improved over the DS one?

3. Is it still worth it without WiiSpeak?

4. Are the holidays like the DS or Wii one?

5. How are the Load times?

6. What would you rate 1 out of 10.

7. Is it worth getting if I've played the ones before it?

Thanks alot!

i suggest you get my sims kingdom 2

I really like the game and I'm really upset that I can't play it for the next few days (which means I'll have to go back in time to do the Harvest festival).

So, I would give it a 9/10. I didn't play WW and thus it feels like a nice step up from what I remember the game being. Each player gets his/her own house and the load times are about 3-5 seconds when you enter a building. I don't have Wiispeak and it's still really cool going online. I do recommned a USB keyboard, though, because you want to communicate as effectively as possible without the mic. All the old holidays are back and I think some new ones (?). If you have already played the last two to death, you might not want to buy this game. Then again, AC is not a game you rent either.

From what I've heard, this game is pretty similar to WW, so it's up to you if you want to do some of the same things again. I don't know if you'll like, but I really do.

1) No, it is like AC for GCN everyone has their own house.  However, the houses are spread around the town this time.

2) About the same.  Fishing in the ocean is weird sometimes when the fish that are offscreen facing one way are all of sudden flipped around or kind of "jumped" to other side of screen after you cast.

3) Pain in the butt not having WiiSpeak.  Takes awhile to type things out with just remote.  I guess you could have a keyboard and type pretty fast then.

4) I am guessing you are asking if they are like the DS and GCN.  Pretty much the same holidays not sure if there are more or less.

5) Load times aren't that bad.  Takes about 3-4 secs or so if going in and out of houses.

6) 8.8 Wish they had more space for friends list (only can add 32 I think).  However you could create more characters but then friend list still would be split.  Everything is about the same as previous versions with a little more extra.  Hopefully they have DLC that is free.  House is back to the AC:GCN version with no extra rooms on the sides.  I suppose you can also create more characters if you feel like decking out more rooms.

7) I played both versions a lot and I still enjoy it.  I just like collection type games.

Thanks for answering it all. :D

Mhh, well... not so sure now, any other games really worth getting?

Call of Duty: World at War is pretty nice.

I was thinking about getting that, only I'm 2 years too young, my Wii is in the Living Room, and I do not have a room, so I can't move the Wii into another room... D:

I guess I'll just get Animal Crossing and hope I'll like it.
I enjoy the console ones much better then the handheld.

Cod:Waw is a great game, but I prefer animal crossing. If you can't get the former because you're too young and the latter because you're unsure if you'll like it, then try De Blob or Okami. They're both great games, especially Okami. I saw you have Twilight Princess, so if you liked that game, get Okami.
