Chart Get has published some interesting charts about the Wii and PS3 lineup on Japan. (LTD)

Those charts are made by PantherLotus from neogaf and aren't up to date.

Not sure why you have chosen MGS4 but at least for period Sep 15 - Oct 12 it is undertracked by around 65% not overtracked. Check crho post here.

Of course most of the games are lower as they don't include sales after game drops below top 30 and stops being included in Famitsu weekly charts.
